To Our Valued Customers…We Apologize Due to the popularity of the Genie Bra, our Customer Service Centre has been experiencing larger then average call volumes. As a result, our customers have been faced with long wait times and the inability to get through to an agent. Rest assured we are working diligently to address this issue and provide all our customers with a high level of service. To date, we have implemented the following: - We have ramped up our resources to better handle our volumes. Specifically we have hired and trained additional bilingual customer service agents. - We have extended our Genie Bra return policy. If you have an unworn Genie Bra that you, for whatever reason, need to return, we will accept it until December 31, 2011. - We will provide a size exchange for any unworn Genie Bra that you have previously purchased until December 31, 2011. - We have added a Facebook Policy outlining what type of service our customers can expect when communicating with us via Facebook.
