Yoga classes in Aberdeenshire
Ive been practising yoga for nearly 20 years. Had my first taste of teaching 12 years ago and loved it! I have a Yoga Scotland Teaching Diploma and have taken Buddhist Meditation Courses, practiced Iyengar, Ashtanga, Shadow, Dru yoga and many other yoga styles over the years. Ive attended workshops with many and varied tutors. Donna Farhi, Paul Grilley and Mukhunda Stiles are some of the contemporary yogis i admire. I incorporate bits of all the yoga styles and techniques I've experienced into my teaching so have naturally progressed to a style which probably encompasses a little bit of everything.....Tutti Frutti.... My yoga classes are all tailored to suit both beginners and more advanced students. Each class is planned incorporating easy/more challenging versions of poses so that everyone can take their practice to the level appropriate for them. I operate drop-in classes only - no block booking or block payment, just come and pay as you go. Some people can fit a class in every week and others aren't able to, so this way of working means you only pay for a class when you're actually there! My philosophy is that yoga is truly for everyone in some shape or form, and that the world would be a happier, healthier place if we all practiced yoga... :0) Om shanti.
