My name is Rachel Shannon and I'm a 200 hour certified Yoga Instructor approved by The Yoga Register. I graduated from the Living Yoga Program LLC out of Austin, TX in 2011. I am offering private lessons and small group classes to beginners looking to develop a solid yoga practice, or for experienced practitioners to delve into the subtleties of gentle yoga. Private instruction allows your practice to deepen and evolve at your own personal pace in the comfort of your own home.
