Essentially, we are taking 10 lbs. of raw ingredients with all their nutrient and micro-nutrient values and transforming them into 1 lb. of finished product without losing any of original nutrient value. This is why we call ourselves “nutrient-dense” and why on a gram-per-gram basis there isn't another product that has greater nutritional value scaled commercially on the market. This process is registered patent pending - it's hard to do what we're doing. What we deliver at the end of the day from a nutrient-dense standpoint is 7 grams of protein, a full serving of fruits and vegetables, 3 grams of fiber, 130 calories (vs a regular muffin, weighing in at at least 400 calories). A bonus - it tastes great! Additionally, we didn't add any additives or preservatives to boost taste or texture profiles, and there is also no wheat or nuts to be found - we are certifiably gluten and nut free. In short, we deliver a no additive, preservative, gluten free, nut free, no flour, no sugar, no oil, no salt added muffins that have 7 grams of protein, a full serving of fruits and vegetables, 3 grams of fiber at 130 that actually taste good. Lastly, putting our food aside, we have a goal to feed 88 million underprivileged / undernourished people over the next 10 years and it's our goal to turn this into an integral part of our business and brand. As you can guess, there are many reasons why we are doing this but at the end of the day - we believe we can help people live happier and healthier lives.
