Description
The Civil Club is a student society for all Civil Engineering undergraduate students at UBC. Students automatically become members of the club upon entering Civil Engineering. The purpose of the club is to improve the university experience of students in civil engineering. We have an amazing team of Executives and members-at-large who organize events, listen to academic concerns, communicate with the department and faculty, and keep you posted on the latest Civil news, including scholarship and career opportunities. The Civil Loft (CEME 2215) is a great place to hang out between classes, eat, relax, and study. The Loft has just about everything you could need: lockers for rent, couches, tables, a microwave, a toaster oven, a foosball table, and a brand new TV! We also have the Design Studio, a two-floor student study space in CEME 1005.
