Scenario: college kids order two UBERs both parties going to the same place- my rider gets into the wrong UBER - thus leaving the girls stranded late at night- I show up to find my riders are gone and these girls left stranded- so I give them a ride (to the same place the other guys are going) and drop them off - I contact UBER to let them know what happened- My reward for doing the ethical and right thing??? They lower my rating, noting that I picked up the wrong rider AND they take the money back out of my pay. Not right, totally unfair and unscrupulous.

Maybe be a little more transparent on your "high demand" rates. I tried to be responsible and uber from outside memphis and back. The rate for 14 miles going was $27. The "oops, we're experiencing high demand" rate for the same trip back was... wait for it, $135. I'm not really sure how you justify 5 times the amount for the SAME distance, but I'll be sure to spread the word.

I don't understand why you can't get in touch with anyone at Uber to pay a driver a compliment for going above and beyond. I have sourced the internet and every link I have access to and any feedback you request about a driver is negative which is horrible. Aimee in Midwest City/Norman, OK was so amazing for my mom and me, I just wanted to call someone or email Uber to let you know how grateful I was for her and the amazing Uber experience she gave my mom who was a first time rider. I think it's horrible you can't do that through the feedback tool and think you need to add positive comments for your drivers because I've had nothing but great experiences.

I was charged a cancellation fee because my driver cancelled the trip for no reason --- he was outside our house but didn't even give us a minute to get outside. We requested another Uber and he wound up taking us. I was charged a $5 cancellation fee to my card. I was very unfairly charged for a ride after I had properly cancelled it because your app wasn't finding the drivers location. It keep saying he was 6-8 mins away when you estimated 2-3. All was fine with my cancel then you charged me based on something the driver said. This very rude. What's even worse is the facts that you will not reply to my help request to fix this. I am very disappointed and I hate the new layout of the app. Please ask my help request asap as this really had been made and I may never use this app again. I have been in contact with customer support for almost a week, and my issues still aren't resolved. This is completely unacceptable considering this issue could be resolved in a 10 minute conversation via telephone. Uber should charge for EVERYONE that hops in an uberx ...the other day I picked up 3 adults and one crying baby(with a baby carrier) and it was a horrible experience...A regular taxi will charge EVERYONE that gets in no matter if they going to the same place...With Uber it's basically charging one person and the others that tag along ride for free...Ridiculous!
