The aim of the Islamic Theology Society (ITS) is to focus on the teachings of classical mainstream Sunni Islam through regular classes and events. We have hosted many international scholars and personalities for events and classes, such as: Shaykh Habib Ali al-Jifri, Shaykh Ahmed Saad al-Azhari, Shaykh Bahauddin Adil Haqqani, Shaykh Faisal Hamid Abdur-Razak, Owais Raza Qadri UK-based scholars hosted by ITS include: Imam Khalid Hussein, Mawlana Naveed Sialvi, Imam Muhammad Asim Hussain, Shaykh Mohammed Aslam, Mufti Qazi Hassan Raza, Shaykh Waseem Ahmed, Mufti Zahid Hussain Qadri, Shaykh Asrar Rashid, Ustadha Safia Shahid, Ustadah Nosheen Gul, Ustadha Iffet Rafeeq, Ustadah Shamila Akhtar ITS is the only university-based society to have have hosted numerous of the aforementioned personalities. We are the leading and must successful university-based Sunni society in the UK.
