Description
UCI Summer Session offers more than 800 courses across 70 academic disciplines each summer, including a wide variety of online classes. It is comprised of three different sessions; Session I, 10 Week session, and Session II. More than 12,000 students attend UC Irvine each summer. Summer Session also offers numerous special programs, including summer programs for incoming freshmen and transfer students, a visiting student program for international students, and a leadership development program.

General Info
Summer Session at the University of California, Irvine provides administration of university-level undergraduate courses during two 5-week sessions and one 10-week session beginning in late June. Through open enrollment, we serve current UC Irvine students, visiting UC and U.S. college students, international students, professionals and community members, and high school students who have completed their junior year. Summer Session makes it possible for students to make progress toward their degrees all year-round, often making the difference for students who want to graduate on time.
