Making Life Better For Students The University of Central Lancashire Students' Union exists to represent and provide support and opportunities to UCLan students. It is not-for-profit, and being student led means that our vision is clear: "To make life better for students". The SU is the beating heart of the UCLan campus, housing a bar, mini supermarket, job shop, advice centre and live entertainment venue, 53 Degrees (www.53degrees.net). Alongside all of these is the Student Affairs Committee, who are dedicated to providing UCLan students with support, activities, media and a very strong voice.
