University of Manitoba Hong Kong Student Association (UMHKSA) is a voluntary student organization led by a group of enthusiastic students from Hong Kong. The association aims to promote Hong Kong culture and to serve the Hong Kong community on campus. We welcome students of different backgrounds and anyone who share a common interest in Cantonese & Hong Kong culture. Established in 2010, the association continued to expand itself to become one of the most active student group at UM. Each year the association organizes a wide variety of events and functions for students to participate, regardless of members and non-members. Past events include Orientation, Halloween party, sports day, speed dating, backyard barbeque, and lots more than you can imagine!
