We are an association from the University of Pittsburgh open to the Russian community, foreign-exchange students, native speakers, heritage speakers, students of Russian, and anyone interested!
The University of Pittsburgh Russian Club encourages the exposure of students to Russian language, history, art, literature, politics, and culture. Each month we will have a Russian movie night (with subtitles) and an event related to Russian culture. In the past, some such events have included: -Word games -Russian holiday celebrations -Picnics -Trips to local Russian stores -Ice Skating -Cooking lessons -Concerts -Discussions по-русски We would love to get more people involved in our club, so if you have any ideas for events, please let us know! The Russian Club is open to anyone! Whether you are a native speaker, taking Russian at Pitt, or just interested in learning more about the culture, this club is for you!

Russian language students: come to the 14th Floor CL today at 2 PM for an afternoon of RUSSIAN SINGING! Learn Russian songs (lyrics are provided), have some tea and pastries, and meet Russian instructors and fellow students. The event will last a few hours and students of all levels of Russian are welcome, so stop by when you can!
