For anyone that hasn't visited here, it is a peaceful and calming environment, making it perfect for the relaxing treatments that I offer, which are listed below. Message me for prices. A bit about the therapist.. For those of you that are yet to meet me, my name is Sophie and I am entering my third year as a holistic and complementary therapist. I have studied for the past two years in Broadway Beauty and Holistic centre, and am now half way through my two-year HND in advanced therapies and spa management. Along the way I have met some amazing people and learnt some great skills, and at this moment, I am training in lava shell massage, pregnancy massage, advanced reflexology and aromatherapy, as well as sports massage so watch this space! Treatments currently available: Prices Swedish massage This treatment is perfect for stretching and soothing sore and aching muscles, as well as improving blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, with the use of a carrier oil or massage wax, chosen for specially your skin type Face and scalp massage (Cleanse, mask, massage with a nourishing oil chosen for your skin type) – 20 mins Back, neck and shoulder – 30 mins Full body – 60 mins Full body with face – 75 mins Aromatherapy A slower, more gentle massage with the use of aromatherapy oils blended specifically for your needs Face and scalp massage (Cleanse, mask and massage with specially chosen aromatherapy oils ) – 20 mins Back, neck and shoulders – 30 mins Full body – 60 mins Full body with face – 75 mins Reflexology By using a map of the body on the feet or hands, this treatment stimulates the body systems to encourage natural healing, maintain balance of the systems and induce deep relaxation Zone clearing treatment – 25 mins Full treatment – 45 mins Hand or foot soak with paraffin wax treatment and massage Indulge in a luxurious hand or foot soak to soften hard, cracked or tired skin, and choose from a choice of warm chocolate, peppermint & tea tree, or aromatherapy blended paraffin wax to deeply nourish and rejuvenate skin, followed by a massage to the area to improve blood circulation and aid with lymphatic drainage Hands – 30 mins Feet – 35 mins Lava shell back, neck and shoulder massage Indulge yourself in deep relaxation with the use of porcelain Tiger clam shells and warm, sumptuous mango and green tea oil*.
