The event is october 17th from 10:30 am onward. Volunteer must: • participate in the pre-event preparation; • help organize the on-site activities; • promote the program and distribute marketing materials to educators, students, and community members; • greet the attendees at the event; • provide basic event information to attendees; • other duties as assigned.
