We are located in Calgary's North West community of Royal Oak. We opened our doors in June 2004. Our talented team of hairstylists look forward to meeting you. CANCELLATION POLICY: In fairness to your stylist, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations or to reschedule appointments. This allows us time to contact and schedule those guests on our waiting list. A service charge of $25 per service scheduled will be charged. Same day booking may be required for those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 48 hours notice. Late Policy Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes provided we hear from you. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be asked to reschedule or be adapted to fit the remaining time and the full amount will be charged. Additional Guests Our studio is small and we are very limited on extra space so in order to maintain a relaxing environment for all of our guests to fully feel relaxed, we ask that you please try to refrain from bringing guests or children along for your appointments.
