We offer a full range of therapies, treatments, classes and workshops delivered by an experienced team of independent practitioners that provide a truly holistic, integrated approach to health care and your wellbeing. The Hub is already home to Aberdeen Bowen, Hot Yoga Aberdeen and Essentially Emmett, and we will keep you posted as we add more practitioners and services. We believe The Urban Wellness Hub is uniquely different. It's a place that understands what therapist, teachers and professional practitioners really need as it's run by like-minded people. We are also a fun and friendly bunch. In addition to our treatment room rental, our Studio space can accommodate yoga classes, educational talks or workshops (keep an eye on our events page for details). The Studio space is also suited to formal or informal business meetings, small-group get-togethers' and those looking for something a bit different. Whilst it’s easy for us to think we know what people want, we appreciate feedback and are keen to encourage new ideas for eventing and courses. We are open to ideas on what 'you' would like to see at the space, so private message us or e-mail and let us know.
