Well done to everyone who took part and donated to a charity that does so much to protect and help abused children and young people all across the UK.

We hope everyone enjoys their two week break, and look forward to seeing the students back for the Summer term on Tuesday 14th April at 8:45am.
Please remember that we are closing at 12:30 on Friday as it's the last day before the Easter Holiday. Students will need to be collected at that time or be able to make their way home by the usual means.
Happy half-term everyone! Enjoy your break and we will see you back for more hard work Monday 2nd November!
On Monday we sent a team of students to Babcock to have a tour of a warship, meet Princess Anne and compete against other Plymouth schools in a variety of STEM challenges. They built Fan Powered Boats, Spaghetti Towers and CD Racers to name just a few. Guess what? We won 3 out of the 8 activities, making us the most successful school at the competition!! Nick Griffiths, Head of Sports and Enrichment, one of the staff members accompanying the students said “Our students were exemplary throughout the day and conducted themselves in a professional manner. They were highly organised, exhibited effective communicative, leadership skills but moreover they showed real ingenuity and creativity throughout the day and each challenge. They were a credit to themselves myself, Matt and UTC.” We want to congratulate every one of our students that took part in this event and take real satisfaction in beating other Plymouth schools in the process! Well done! *Official photos from Babcock will follow as soon as they get to us*
