UVM Alternative Energy Racing Organization (AERO)

AERO is a student run club of roughly 25 members at the University of Vermont dedicated to learning, implementing and advancing hybrid technology. Each year a formula style car is built from the ground up by students. We are currently working to prepare our third generation car to compete at International Formula Hybrid held in Loudon, New Hampshire.The car is judged on its design as well as its performance in static and dynamic events. This year we are meeting weekly on Thursday nights at 7 PM in Perkins 101.
