The treatment Treatments are given in a safe, comfortable environment, which promotes relaxation. The practitioner will use either a futon on the floor or a low table or a massage chair. The client is usually clothed and no oils are used during the treatment. Pressure is applied with hands, thumbs, fingers, elbows, knees and feet and it is adjusted to each body type and condition.
