It is exciting being at the forefront of the field. And, that’s exactly where we are. Graduate students come to the department with a fluency in the language of fiber, metal, clay, glass or wood. Undergraduates come with a sense of dedication and commitment to learning. Together, faculty and students hone, improvise, and redefine ancient technologies with new technologies.
