Description
Trained in Martinique & France, Miguel Larcher obtained degrees in classical cuisine as well as vegetarian specialties. He has served as Executive Chef at many restaurants including Country Life in Marseille, France, The Arch in Germany, Country Life in Chattanooga, TN, Brooke View Café in Ardmore, OK, and recently D’sozo here in Wichita. Miguel has taught vegetarian cooking classes throughout the U.S., France, Italy, Germany, the Bahamas, the Caribbean ,Cape-Town, Botswana… and his menus express his international expertise. Miguel has also served as a consultant to several vegetarian restaurants and french university Presently Miguel is aspiring to open his own Vegetarian restaurant here in Wichita, and plans to name it the Garden Grille Café.
