We only fundraise in private venues because we believe it creates the best donor experience. We work very hard at booking the right venues, hiring the right people and training our fundraisers to fundraise in the right way. We make all our welcome calls in-house to ensure that every donor feels as special as they did the moment they committed, before we submit them to our charities. This gives us the chance to feedback all the lovely things the donors say about our fundraisers and keep the donor experience at the forefront of everyone's mind.
