We are a trampoline facility that offers recreational and competitive trampoline classes, public jumping, and hosts birthday parties.
We are Barrie's ONLY trampoline gym. "Trampoline is, in my opinion, the most enjoyable form of exercise there is. Jumping on the trampoline is an excellent cardio workout, tones all your muscles, works the lymphatic system, and improves bone density. Other benefits include improved spacial awareness, coordination, balance, body control, and core strength." - Jeff McCabe, Head Coach We have 9 competition grade trampolines that are much bouncier than your average backyard Trampoline. Our NCCP trained coaches help the athletes improve their muscule control while jumping on the trampolines. They will take the athlete from doing simple skills like tuck jumps to front tucks to barani-out tucks (dbl. front tuck with a half twist). We are a proud member of Gymnastics Ontario and meet their standards for safety.
