Verulam School is a state secondary school for boys in St Albans, Hertfordshire, UK. The school caters for boys between the ages of 11 and 19. Boys can stay on into the Sixth Form, which also welcomes male and female students from other schools. The school has six houses: Brampton, Churchill, Hamilton, Jennings, Park and York, all named after roads near the school. The school works in partnership with two neighbouring schools to enhance post-16 educational provision. This partnership is known as the "BeauSandVer" consortium and consists of Sandringham School, Verulam School and Beaumont School.

YEAR 7 TOWN TRAIL INFORMATION 7B+7H to meet at the Verulamium Museum Steps 7J+7P to meet at Westminster Lodge Running Track 7Y to meet at Verulamium Museum Car Park 7C are in separate groups and should know their meeting places. Boys should be at their meeting place ready for a 9am start. Boys will be dismissed from the same meeting points at 3:30 according to the dismissal instructions indicated by parents on the form. Boys should wear full school uniforms (including black school shoes) and should bring - packed lunch - waterproof jacket - clipboard and plastic bag - pencil - sensible school bag

As the new term starts for us, the Rugby League season for the London Broncos daws to an end. Saturday the 13th of September sees their last game in the Super League for at least a year. Through the schools involvement in League this year, we have secured tickets for this game priced at just £2 for adults and £1 children. Kick off is at 3.00 at their home ground, The Hive, in Barnet just 15 mins from us. If anyone wants tickets please send any money in to Mr Toley by Tuesday and I will do the rest.

ECCO clubs next week - Karate - Monday night in the hall with international instructor. Older students have started here and gone on to international comps. Ends 5.00 Fencing - Tuesday night in Sports Hall - Paul Davies academy. Again international honours for both instructor and students. Till 4.30 Rugby - Wednesday back field. Mix of League and Union. Till 4.30. Aim for year 7 Rugby League is to get to the Champion schools Rugby League Final at Wembley next summer. First two clubs are FREE of charge to students.
Last minute but if any current year 7s or any new year 6 into 7 would like to come to Rugby League training it is on at 6 tonight at Sandpit Lane.
