We are women supporting women. We provide a space for prenatal yoga, postpartum yoga, birthing classes, movement classes, dance classes, with babies, without babies, and everything in between! Women of all walks of life are welcome. There is Amber Smith: a doula and yoga instructor with Moon Mama Yoga and Birth Services in Mesa. And Lisette: director of Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training at Gilbert Yoga, senior student midwife. Both have enjoyed many years of happily, lovingly serving women and families through support, advocacy, and education!
