Clinica Villa Paz provides a full range of skilled and compassionate personnel. The interdisciplinary staff members include professionals specializing in the treatment of addictive disorders. The Medical Doctor, an addiction specialist, provides initial evaluations and our staff Psychiatrist is available for the dual-diagnosed client. Certified drug and alcohol counselors, including Marriage Family Therapist (MFT) complete their treatment team. Their interdisciplinary treatment program includes assessment, group therapy, one-on-one counseling, exercise, recreation therapy, education on addiction and recovery, dual diagnosis, spiritual and family counseling, relapse prevention, participation in self-help groups such as A.A. and N.A., and a lifelong Aftercare program. Clinica Villa Paz provides compassionate and individualized treatment that offers the chemically dependent person a route to recovery that is specifically tailored to their needs. This approach has been particularly successful with the following types of clients: Clients needing a truly discreet program Clients that have chronic relapse problems Those in need of individualized services Those new to recovery and treatment After admission at Clinica Villa Paz, the client meets with a drug addiction counselor to address their needs and formulate a drug and alcohol treatment program together (Men's and women's health are evaluated). Understanding the concept that recovering alcoholics and addicts have underlying problems and issues that causes them to drink or become chemically dependent as a solution is critical to understanding the recovery process. The "alcohol and/or drug solution" has eventually become a greater problem than the original issues. During the client's stay at Clinica Villa Paz , they are assigned a drug & alcohol addiction counselor to suggest positive behavior modification to learn how to live life without drugs & alcohol. An emphasis on sobriety and life coping skills for interpersonal and business relationships is fostered in our structured environment. By meeting on a regular basis, the counselor is the client's personal guide during their stay, making recovery from drugs and alcohol as successful and pleasant as possible. Patients speak to an addiction treatment professional about their addiction, personal lives, family support and their treatment expectations. A personalized treatment plan is developed, and patients may be admitted to the hospital. Rapid Rehab Our Rapid Rehab package is similar to the all-inclusive program, except it is shorter in duration. Clinically, it is more intense.. The initial evaluation takes about one day to complete and is completely confidential.
