Shipping & Policies Shipping is free on all items in the United States. Payment PayPal only. Safest transactions for both parties. Payment needs to be immediate. If not, contact us with better arrangements. Shipping USPS- We ship most domestic items by priority mail in flat rate packaging. All our shipping rates include tracking. We ship items within 1-3 days of cleared payment, if you need your item shipped sooner please contact us so that we can arrange this. We will email you once package has been accepted by our local USPS. Refunds and Exchanges ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We try our best to accurately describe each item in detail but if you have additional questions or would like more pictures/measurements, feel free to contact our shop. Please check the measurements of the garments carefully before ordering to ensure proper fit. All hand sewn items are made to last but should be handled with extreme care. Refunds will only be offered if an item has been grossly misrepresented and Material Collections is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Additional Policies and FAQs Vintage sizing may vary. DO NOT go by the vintage tag size (if listed) as sizing has changed dramatically over the years. Please contact us if you need more precise sizing. Item is laid flat when measured. Be sure to compare your size to size of garment we have listed. All transactions are final. Vintage clothes & accessories are more than likely used items. Please be aware of normal wear & flaws that occur with such items. Most garments are handmade and have lasted many years, reason they are vintage. Does not mean they should be handled carelessly. Please treat each garment with extra care.
