we offer Fun and dynamic yoga classes and restoring & nurturing classes for everyone - even if your totally new to yoga!!! Energizing flowing classes to get the body breathing & moving and feeling fabulous. Fun flowing vinyasa class using breath and movement allowing you to create strength, agility, improve balance and energise. while also adding gentle and nurturing poses to release tightness and stress using breathe and stillness to allow your body to let go and unwind :) surf stretch classes - A class specifically designed to strengthen and condition body release tightness in shoulders, hips and legs and improve lung capacity through breathe. You don't have to surf to join in all welcome :) TIMETABLE Tuesday 9am yoga Wednesday 9am yoga and 6pm yoga Saturday 7.00- 8.00am Beach yoga at rainbow bay There is no need to book, just come to class 5 mins early. All you need is water, comfortable clothes, yoga mat and a Smile! ( if you don't have a mat, we have one for you.) PRICES casual class $15 10 class pass $125 look forward to seeing you in class have a beautiful day !!! :)
