Gray Haven
Richmond , VA 23218 United States

We are a non-profit committed to providing hope, restoration, and opportunity to survivors of slavery and human trafficking Gray Haven began serving trafficking survivors with one client, their first, in February 2012. Their story, however, begins much earlier. Josh and Andrea Bailey, having recently become aware in 2007 of the global issue of Human Trafficking, began brainstorming a way to offer holistic restoration to those affected. One focal point was not just to offer services, but to offer a community surrounding and supporting each survivor. In 2009, their journey reached a defining moment: Gray Haven. Though this organization was just an idea, the Bailey’s knew it would become their life’s work. What they did not know, however, was how quickly it would be realized. Gray Haven has become a resource for local, state, and federal law enforcement, as well as a resource for programs and organizations striving to serve trafficking survivors.
