Hertfordshire-based Cordon Bleu chef providing healthy fine dining, catering, and private tuition
I am a classically trained Cordon Bleu chef. I have always been interested in food as my mother is a keen cook, and my father trained as a chef. I cooked at home for many years but I decided to train professionally and follow my passion! I have gained experience by working at some of the finest restaurants in the country, including Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons, which I personally consider to be the pinnacle. I cook a wide variety of cuisines including European (French, Italian, and Spanish (a favourite of mine) and other Mediterranean dishes - from tasty Tapas to magnificent Mezze! I also love spicy food and enjoy all types of Asian cuisine (especially Indian, Thai, and Malaysian), as well as Mexican and Latin American dishes. For those with a sweet tooth, I am adept at creating beautiful cakes, pastries, homely puddings, and delightful sweet courses. I have recently started specialising in healthy fine dining, and vegetarian meals in particular. I have been experimenting with low-fat, and high-fibre versions of classic dishes.
