We’re looking for a freelance keep fit instructor to help keep our over 50s fit and active every Tuesday morning at Broomhill Activity Centre. If this is you, or you know someone who can teach a keep fit session for ladies and gents over 50, concentrating on building and maintaining flexibility, strength and mobility by doing a lo-impact work out to music from the 50s, 60s and 70s.
