To place an order, please inbox message us with either the photo or the description on the item/s you are after, please lets us know what size and colour you are after where applicable. We accept Paypal or direct debit so please inform us of with method is more suitable for you. If you decide to use Paypal we will need an email address in order to send you an invoice. If you choose direct debit we will supply you with the account details and the total amount due. When we need order in items for customers it can take between 2 and 4 weeks from the date that we receive payment and the date that we deliver or post the items to you. With regards to delivery, we are currently offering all of our customers who live within the Launceston area our free hand delivery service. However, for those customers who live outside the Launceston area a minimal postage fee will be added to your total purchase amount. Either way we will need a postal/delivery address to do so.
