Description

Wandering Cooks is an incubator for food entrepreneurs, particularly you who roam to reach your customers: market stallholders, caterers and gourmet food vans to name a few. We want this page to be a place where we can show off our Wandering Cooks and everything they are making in our kitchens and achieving in their businesses. We also want this page to be a place where people can find compatible businesses to share resources with, be they our kitchens, pieces of equipment or hard earned experience.

Brush up on your baking skills withThe Art of Eating Beyond Basics Sourdough Workshop at Wandering Cooks. For $95 this hands on workshop will get you even better acquainted with your starter culture and all the fine baked goods you can make together at home, including pizza dough, flat breads, pancakes and of course that elusive artisan loaf. Includes recipes, your own take home loaf as well as a banneton for making artisan loaves at home. The workshop will run Saturday 2nd July 2-3.30pm.
