***Nederlandse versie onderaan*** Lancée en mai 2016, la WAPA FOOTBALL LEAGUE accueille chaque année de nouveaux inscrits et challenge de nouvelles équipes ! DU FOOT POUR TOUTES ET TOUS ! C'est grâce à la participation de 80 joueuses et joueurs en quête de foot durant la trêve d'été, que le tournoi a vu le jour au Royal Ixelles Sporting Club. Tous les mardis, c'était les retrouvailles sur le terrain ! Afterworks sportifs, amicaux & solidaires, le concept fonctionne et attire ! En 2017, plus de 180 participants avaient rejoint la ligue ! La résolution de 2018 : étendre la ligue à plusieurs clubs de football dans toute la Belgique ! Tous les bénéfices de la WFL sont reversés à l'ONG WAPA International (War-Affected People's Association) qui oeuvre en faveur de la réinsertion des ex-enfants soldats et des victimes de guerre en Ouganda et au Sri Lanka. *** De WAPA FOOTBALL LEAGUE werd gelanceerd in mei 2016 en groeit nog steeds. Elk jaar worden weer nieuwe teams uitgedaagd! VOETBAL DOOR IEDEREEN VOOR IEDEREEN! Dankzij 80 spelers en speelsters die ook in de zomerstop wilden door voetballen, werd het toernooi geboren bij de Royal Ixelles Sporting Club. Elke dinsdag ontmoeten ze elkaar op het veld. Afterwork sport, vriendschappelijk en solidair: het concept werkt en groeit! In 2017 deden al meer dan 180 deelnemers mee aan de competitie! Het plan voor 2018: een uitbreiding van de competitie over meerdere voetbalclubs in heel België! Alle opbrengsten van WFL worden gedoneerd aan WAPA International (War-Affected People's Association) en worden gebruikt voor de re-integratie van ex-kindsoldaten en oorlogsslachtoffers in Sri Lanka.
