Wayne's Body Shop and Wayne's Northeast Body & Paint are cutting edge, multi-faceted collision repair centers. We restore your vehicle to pre-collision status. Wayne's is on of only a few shops in the nation that implements a Through Put System. This system creates a high level of efficiency and "leans down" waste. Cars are constantly moving through the repair process, minimizing idle wait time in the repair process.

We want to know, what's your score prediction for tomorrow's Husker game?
Today is National Cheeseburger Day! Who serves the best in Lincoln? Is it Greta's Gourmet Butcher Shop, Deli and Catering, Nitro Burger, Honest Abe's Burgers & Freedom or somewhere else? What's your favorite?
Have you checked your tire tread lately? Don't wait until spring to get new tires. As a tire wears out, dry traction generally increases and wet and snow traction decrease. So, if your tread is looking worn, the time to replace is now! If you're wondering where to go, you will get great service from our friends at Walker Tire / Quick Nick's Snappy Lube!
As we head into colder weather, it's a good time to think about the health of your car. Most people only think about under the hood, but take a look at the body. Do you have scratches or dings that are down to the metal? With the snow also comes salt and with salt comes rust. Rust can lead to shorter life of your car and definitely lower resale value. We understand it's not fun to spend money on dings, but swing by for an estimate. We might surprise you with a price that's affordable. And don't you feel good when your vehicle looks good?
Wayne's Body Shop is a Direct Repair shop, but what does that mean? Well, it means that we must meet a high set of standards for repair and service set forth by the insurance industry. It also means that our cost for labor must meet their contract. All of this protects you, as a consumer. You will also get a Lifetime Limited Warranty from Wayne's that is backed by your insurance company. So, even if you move out of state and something happens to your repairs, your insurance company will make sure it is resolved!
Both Wayne's locations will be closed Saturday through Monday for the long holiday weekend, but will return to normal hours Tuesday morning. We're crossing our fingers for beautiful weather for BBQing and a Husker win!
High school football starts this week! Hooray! While you're rooting for your alma mater, watch for all those kids walking home from games. It's extra cars and pedestrians at times when we aren't necessarily expecting them. We all have somewhere we want to drive to quickly, but patience and awareness in crowds and traffic will keep everyone safe. By the way, who's your favorite team?
Did you know that tomorrow is National Ride the Wind Day? So, politely, go fly a kite.
With all the storms that have hit our area this spring and summer, we're seeing some of those hail damaged new vehicles on sales lots. Be careful when buying a new vehicle with hail damage. Your savings may be less than the repair cost.
Did you know that driving while tired/drowsy causes more than 100,000 crashes a year? And it's widely recognized to be underreported as an accident cause. There will most definitely be times when your active, new teen driver is tired. Add "drowsy driving" to the game plan you and your teen have made for times to not drive and to call for a ride. And hey, now that they're driving, maybe you can call them for a ride when you're tired!
There are a lot of new teens on the road, driving to school and work. There are also kids in our own cars watching everything we do. Let's all set the best example for them by not texting while we drive our daily routes.
LPS will be back in session in one week! Student drop off and pick up at schools along your daily driving route might increase your drive time. Start preparing yourself now by altering your route or allowing yourself more time to get to your destination. And remember to slow down in school zones. Let's keep our kids safe!
We've got a new responsive website! That means it's going to size itself to friendly font and layouts depending on what kind of device you are viewing us on: laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Also, if you need our services and you're out and about, pull up waynesbodyrepair.com on your smartphone and you'll now be able to click the phone numbers for our shops and your phone will call our phone on the spot! http://www.waynesbodyrepair.com
Hopefully you don't need auto body repair services, but if you do, "No, you do not need to get three estimates." The Automotive Repair Act of 1971 says that you can take your vehicle to the repair shop of your choice, even if it's the first one you visit!
Did you know that today is International Day of Happiness? We're happy about today's forecast and our awesome, loyal customers. What makes you happy? 😀☀️🌷

According to an Insurance.com poll, these are the BEST songs to drive to. What do you think?! "Don't Stop Believin'" by Journey "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen "Any You Way You Want It" by Journey "You Shook Me All Night Long" by AC/DC
It's peak flu and cold season right about now and while we hope you're all well, enjoying this beautiful weather, we thought we'd take a minute to give you a reminder about driving while on medications. If you are taking any medication, please check the warnings about side-effects before you get behind the wheel. It's especially important to educate our teen drivers about these dangers as they don't have a lot of road experience and may not know how their bodies react to simple medications like cold medicine. Possible side effects that can affect reaction times include: - sleepiness/drowsiness - blurred vision - dizziness - slowed movement - fainting - inability to focus or pay attention - nausea - excitability Think twice before you or your loved ones drive and we'll all help keep each other safe!
We never thought we'd say this, but we agree with your mother. Have fun tonight, but don't drink and drive! If you find yourself without a DD, dial 474-SAFE to get yourself home.
We'll be closed tomorrow (Saturday) and Monday in observance of Memorial Day. We'll resume normal hours Tuesday morning. Have a safe weekend!
