I am passionate about supporting people from all walks of life in achieving their weight loss goals. My programme is powerful and I am driven by the fantastic results that it achieves and the positive and dramatic difference that it makes to lives! After establishing my clinical hypnotherapy practice in St Albans, Healthy Mind Clinic (www.healthymindhypnotherapy.co.uk), I gradually discovered that my talent lay in the specific area of weight loss. I am very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with the Weight Loss Master himself, Steve Miller, host of Sky TV’s Fat Families and who is a regular expert to the media. I am now one of his 5 Licensed Practitioners of the Authoritarian and Motivational Weight Loss Programme, an Associate Member of the Authoritarian Weight Loss Association (AWLA) and the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR). I continue to work closely with Steve and have his full endorsement.
