I am a certified and licensed massage therapist, professionally trained at Stillpoint Massage School in Greenfield, MA and graduated in 2003. With more than ten years of experience, I have developed a therapeutic approach with a combination of modalities and techniques in each session. In this way, I am able to adapt to the needs of each client. These modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Hot Stone Massage. I also practice prenatal massage and onsite chair massage. I worked in a holistic health care setting for many years and have experience helping people on the road to wellness and better health.
