It's taken me a long time to wear a bikini on the beach without a kaftan or shorts because I thought other people might judge me but then I realised... 1. I actually do look good in a bikini (yep I said it.) 2. What others think is their problem not mine. 3. 130kg deadlift here I come! Hit 120kg today (2.5kg off my PB) and felt great. That's with no straps, no belt, just chalk. I'm also working hard on my lower back strength to ensure it doesn't give as I work my way up. 💪🏼🏋🏽👙 big thanks to Tony at HRV Fitness for being a super coach👙🏋🏽💪🏼

WELLNESS WITH SARAH was born 9 years ago when I decided something had to change.
I was unhappy, unhealthy and suffering from an eating disorder that took over my mind, my body and my life.
With help I made the decision to get well, educate myself, nourish, rest and appreciate my body.
I have since recovered and grown from my experience and strive to be honest with and educate all of my wonderful students and clients on the importance of sustainable health and wellness.
After gaining qualification as a medication endorsed division 2 nurse I realised two things, I absolutely loved anatomy and physiology however I did not love nursing so I went on to complete my certificate III and IV in fitness followed by a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning accreditation.
Since 2009 I have been training personal/corporate clients in the gym at The Geelong College Senior School along with staff and students of the college.
When I'm finished in the gym I volunteer my time at The Andrew Love Cancer Centre which I have done weekly for the last five years and counting.
