It`s every man for themselves and it feels a lot like working in a school playground with the cloak and dagger anticts of the staff and workers in the office always trying to dock your wages and hoping you dont realise and everyone back stabbing one another.. This company doesnt believe in give and take, swings and roundabouts, e.g you do your day shift.. then help finish another job in another town for a handover on a night shift.. 24hrs at work then they dock you 2 hrs traveling to get home...
