We source only the highest quality ingredients, with no artificial colours, artificial flavours or preservatives. All our food is handmade by us from scratch without using bases or premixes; every day we prepare, fry and bake our sauces, meringues, croinuts, macaroons and all the other amazing stuff that go in our desserts.
