There are many products within the Juiceplus range, however I am currently using is the Juiceplus Complete shakes. Primarily they are helping me to lose weight which is why I started to use it, but there are so many other health benefits and I’m finding that I am more alert with much more energy, my hair and skin is in a much better condition and my mood is significantly improved! Being bought up by a hippy mother who didn’t buy anything in packets and also vegetarian in the 70’s and 80’s (can you imagine?! You only got given cheese and salad), I have always been very interested in nutrition and the impact of diet. I’m also pretty sceptical when it comes to these ‘miracle products’, but because this is based purely on wholefoods and no nasty artificial ingredients this makes sense to me. I’m 100% behind this product – it’s really working for me! My results so far (as of 01/05) include a weight loss of 18lbs and I am two dress sizes smaller than I was when I started five/six weeks ago. I feel great, and I’ve achieved this quickly, which has kept me really motivated. I lost my first stone within the first three weeks, and this is also sustainable because of the healthy eating plan! I have used the shakes to replace breakfast and lunch. I then follow the plan for my main meals which is a set of guidelines providing the food groups which your body can and can’t deal with. It’s based on wholefoods and ‘clean food’. You can also have snacks, but I’ve never felt that hungry and with the plan, it means I have confidence in the food I’m preparing and don’t have to count calories, weigh portions or monitor points or any of that stuff!! There is also a closed Facebook group providing you with support and recipes as well as encouragement and inspiration. We are a lovely bunch!
