I’m Sasha Itterman, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and the person behind Whole Hope Wellness. I’ve personally struggled with my weight and other health issues most of my life, and somewhere in the process of changing my diet I fell in love with the world of food, health, and nutrition. I graduated from the Vancouver location of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2014 as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and founded Whole Hope Wellness, where I help people take control of their health and find balance so they can be their most healthful, energized, vibrant selves. I take a whole-body whole-food plant-based approach to health and have learned from experience that small consistent actions are the best way to create big results and lasting change. Finding your balance is the key to living a happy and healthy life. My role as a holistic nutritionist is to provide you with the education, support, and guidance you need to focus in on your health and wellness goals, and start taking steps towards achieving them. Through my partnership with #LusciousLifeDesign I collaborate with and support other nutritionists, health coaches, and general wellness enthusiasts to design a life of holistic health and freedom. When I’m not working, you can find me in the kitchen cooking up nourishing plant-based meals, walking and exploring anywhere there are trees or water, curled up with my pup and a book reading about food and nutrition, or hanging out being silly with my niece and nephew.
