Shane Griffin, founder of Whole Life Balance (WLB), was a former prominent Toronto nightclub owner and drug and alcohol abuser. After living a decade in the fast lane, Shane realized that he was on the road to destruction and sold his properties and nightclubs and sought treatment at Passages, Malibu. There he was introduced to the concept of a holistic life. Part of his aftercare treatment was to enroll in the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto, where, upon graduation, he was named class valedictorian due to his leadership, positive life direction and dedication to the intense program he had undertaken. Shane attributes much of his success remaining sober and drug free to adopting a whole foods diet, lifestyle changes, and natural supplements. He now combines his passion for holistic health coaching with his desire to help others who struggle similarly. Shane has developed WLB into an international Holistic Nutritional Consulting and Coaching Company where nutritionists and life coaches work with you to create a nutrition and lifestyle plan that will help you not only recover but succeed. At WLB we walk along side you to support and encourage you as you make the changes needed to help you overcome your addictions, cravings, stress, and other health issues which plague much of society today. This type of change is hard work and we get that because we have been there and have walked the same path as you. You do not need to be alone on this journey.
