WIC is a nutrition program that helps pregnant women, new mothers, infants and young children eat well, learn about nutrition and stay healthy. To do this, WIC provides: Checks to buy healthy food Personalized nutrition information and support Tips for eating well to improve health Breastfeeding education and support Referrals for services that can benefit the whole family Let WIC work wonders for your family!
