Congratulations on your retirement. Thanks for a job well done!! http://www.herald-union.com/garrison-member-serves-over-70-years/
Stood at the lodge in 83 and 86 rooms were like living in the barracks. Looks a heck of a lot better now. Enjoyed the schniztle wagon across the street.
Team USA , Men's Soccer Advanced to the next round in World Cup play. Go Team USA... The German Soccer Team though came out on top, the US Men's Team showed no mercy. The once dominant German Team faced a new force in the Sport of Soccer. Till we meet again... Go Team USA...

Good Morning..!! I like very much your page. I live in Germany,Hessen..!!
Deepest appreciation for support. Retired LTC Deborah S. commented: I had the pleasure of taking my granddaughter to Germany for a week. While the trip began rather poorly, two of your people Literally saved our vacation. We made our way to the Army Lodging and Ms. Wanda Garnes provided us with an amazing smile and an abundance of very good information. She was more accommodating than any hotel reception professional I’ve encountered anywhere in the world. Most importantly she directed me to Outdoor Recreation at Clay Kaserne where she said I might be able to rent a GPS. While I technically would not have been able to rent the GPS because I’m retired and not residing in the theater, Mr. Terlazzo Smith saw my distress and actually rented the GPS in his own name, trusting I would return it. It saved my vacation, and my granddaughter and I had a wonderful, memorable week. We drove to Bavaria and back, and every American we encountered was very pleasant — but the folks at Garrison Wiesbaden were above and beyond friendly and helpful, and a perfect example of the continued linkage of the U.S. military community. Response: Thanks, Deborah, for those very kind observations. People such as Ms. Garnes and Mr. Smith are the reasons we in U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden are proud to welcome newcomers to “Wiesbaden: Your home in Germany” — whether for a short or longer visit. Thanks to both for helping the Wiesbaden military community truly shine.
