Fully equipped gymnasium contains cross trainer, exercise bike, rowing machine, running machine, weights, television and music facilities, together with outdoor table tennis. Close to local amenities, train station, shopping centre, parks and the M3/A34. The property is an annexe adjoining our family home close to Winchester City Centre and combines comfort, attractive surroundings and excellent transport links. It is an ideal base for professional visitors and holiday makers alike. Within 5 minutes walking distance there are local convenience stores, newsagent, pharmacist, coffee bar, restaurant and takeaways, which include Fish & Chips, Chinese, Pizza Hut, Kebabs & Burgers and an Indian restaurant & takeaway. Winchester train station is 10-15 minutes walk. We also offer an airport and port transfer service just look up Croxford Cars for details or ask for more information. Winchester town centre and theatre is approximately a 15-20 minute walk. There are a couple of parks for children and pleasant scenic public walks around a local farm situated at the end of the road.
