Description

On November 5, 2008, the name Wizardz Magic Theater was registered with the City of Newport, KY for the State of KY by Donavan, Ed Kuderer. This was during an 8 week performance at Newport on the Levee in a temporary location. Afterward, we performed regularly at various venues, always intending to find the right location at Newport on the Levee because of its family friendly tourism based entertainment. Another theater with the same name opened in Florida after our original filing. The magic community can support and thrive with both names and venues being close to1000 miles apart. The name Wizardz Magic Theater is also nationally registered by Donavan and Gerry Trennepohl. Any information to the contrary is not correct. We are sorry for any confusion this has caused. We look forward to more families enjoying the amazement, suspense, and fascination of the art of magic.
