Woodcock Holmes Estate Agents was launched 2002 by our Directors, Adrian Woodcock and Neil Holmes. With a completely fresh approach and bundles of passion and enthusiasm the business took off immediately. Recommendations were being received daily from both buyers and sellers and our reputation was rapidly growing. Woodcock Holmes soon became one of the leading Estate Agent in the Peterborough area. In 2004 Woodcock Holmes Property Management was launched. With such a strong client base it was incredibly important that we were able to offer a full package of property services to fulfil our client’s needs. Our team currently manage one of the largest portfolios of properties across the city and beyond. Since our early days the property market has changed significantly. From the height of the market in 2007, through the banking crisis of 2008 and the recovery that has been taking place since. Many Estate Agents never came through these changes but we are very proud to say that we have been letting and selling strong throughout this period. We are an Independent Estate Agent and as such have the flexibility to offer a marketing package to suit our client’s individual needs. Whilst we have an experienced team of experts, both Adrian Woodcock and Neil Holmes still work on the front line delivering what we believe to be the best Estate Agency service available. Our marketing starts with the professional property brochures that we produce. They include colour photographs, floorplans and an intelligent write up enticing prospective purchasers to view your property. We are easily accessible if buyers wish to visit us to speak face to face. Our inviting, air conditioned office is based in the City Centre in Broadway. We also advertise through all the major portals which include rightmove and zoopla. We are also members of the Move With Us Network. This network is the largest in the U.K. with over 1200 Estate Agents. They will only ever have one full member in each town and as such this membership is very sought after. We secured it in 2003, a year after opening and whilst this is reviewed annually we have won it back each year since. They insist on working with the best independent Estate Agents and as such regularly check that our standards meet their high expectations. Being part of this group we are able to receive buyers from throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and help them search for a property exclusively.
