Description

Woodyard started as one of the suppliers of wood to most of the BBQ joints in town and still supplies a few of the best, but along the way we learned a few things and put them into practice back at the shop on our homemade smokers on the front patio where we smoke everything. You can ask Mark O'Bryan any question you every had about smoking meats and he will tell you all he knows. Come visit us and see how KC BBQ started and why it is still a KC Treasure. We love what we do and it shows!
