Description

The maternal and early years healthy weight service (MAEYS) is a FREE is a FREE ‘healthy’ weight management service for pregnant and new mums with a BMI greater than 35. We are here to support you to make changes to improve your health, the health of your baby and family. Healthy Weight advisors will support you to be more active and eat well to help you minimise weight gain during pregnancy and help with weight loss after the birth of your baby. They can also support you with breastfeeding and weaning.
