Welcome to Work It! Group Fitness Classes, Boot Camps, and Personal Training Studio. A place owned and run by 2 sisters who are Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners; a place for everyone and where it’s all about YOU and your health! We’re so excited to start this new journey with all of you to a healthy lifestyle! We are on a mission to lead you to live healthy and active lives, to get you moving and to have fun while you’re doing it (no matter what your age). All classes are tailored to meet everyone’s needs and with different focused classes every day, you’re sure to meet your goal—whether it be weight loss, muscle toning, improved athletic performance, a healthier heart, fun with friends, or to just look great! All group classes are led by a certified fitness instructor, using only body weight exercises. And remember, it’s all about YOU. That means ALL levels of fitness are welcome ALL the time. Everyone can Work It! at their own pace at all times and will be shown variations on every exercise. Simply put, our coaches are committed to helping you feel good about yourselves inside and out. We firmly believe that exercise leads to health and happiness and we are committed to proving it! So, on behalf of all of our Work It! coaches, we would like to invite you to join us for some intense, fun, and sure to get your heart pounding activity. Try out your first three classes for FREE!
